A number of our portfolio companies are run by first time CEO's. Upon completion of a transaction, Parallax works with the existing management team and can provide additional operational assistance as required. Parallax has a history of providing management teams with the support and strategic insight necessary to build the long-term value of the company in very competitive environments. Generally, as a reward for this effort both management and employees are provided equity or similar incentives.
