Mr. Cowan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Elecsys Corporation, a manufacturer of radio navigation systems and other electronic products. Previously Mr. Cowan held positions at Teledyne Controls and System Development Corporation, where he managed the development of networking systems and software, including secure TCP/IP implementations.
