Parallax is a Southern California based private investment company focused on acquiring and operating companies across a range of industries. Parallax invests in companies with revenues of between $5 and $500 million where there are creative opportunities to significantly enhance a company's value. We welcome complex transactions or turnarounds including leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, spin-offs and build-ups. By seeking companies that are undergoing significant change or transition, Parallax distinguishes itself from other buyers who are unable or unwilling to provide a hands-on-approach as many of these opportunities so often require. We actively pursue investments in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Since our founding, Parallax and its partners have invested over $150 million of capital acquiring twelve companies. Today our portfolio companies generate over $1 billion of annual revenues and have provided significant returns for our investors, partners and employees. Parallax has built an exceptional track record of transitioning divisions, subsidiaries and product lines into successful stand-alone entities or integrating them into current portfolio companies.

Unique from other financial buyers, Parallax will take an active management role in its portfolio companies - assuming a number of interim positions within a company as required. Additionally, Parallax is further supported by an in-house staff of M&A professionals, accountants, HR specialists, and technical personnel.
